Say what you need and it gets read.

There is no inbox and no phone here on purpose. Everything comes in through this one form, so nothing sits in somebody’s mail while they are on a plane. You get an answer at the address you leave.

If it is about an event that is happening right now, the person who built it can fix almost all of it faster than we can — they can resend a link, rename anybody, take a photograph down and reopen the weekend.

Your address is kept on the ticket so you can be written back to, and for nothing else. Nobody here can open your event or read what is in it.
