What this is

Fayla gives you a scoreboard, a catalogue of things to do, and one link per person for an event you are running. You build it, you send the links, you run it from your phone. It is a tool for something you are organising, not an organiser.

What is yours

The event is yours. What you and the people in it write into it — names, the memories board, quotes, expenses, photographs — stays yours, and you can take all of it out at any time as one file. Nothing in it is sold, advertised against, or used to train anything.

The catalogue is ours: the challenges, missions, trophies, forfeits and the rules written for them. Use them in your event as much as you like. Do not republish the catalogue itself as a product.

What is expected of you

You are responsible for the people you send links to and for what your event asks them to do. That matters more here than in most products, because a forfeit is a dare and a dare can go wrong: set the tone honestly, leave out anything the room has not agreed to, and look after each other.

Do not put anybody in an event who has not agreed to be there, do not upload a photograph of somebody who would not want it uploaded, and do not use this for anything that would be a problem without it. If somebody asks to be taken out of your event, take them out.

What we do not promise

This is a small thing run by a small number of people. It will sometimes be down. Keep nothing here that exists nowhere else — that is what the export is for, and why one is sent before anything is ever deleted.

Nothing here is a guarantee that your weekend will be good. That part is yours.

Money

Nothing is for sale yet. The free tier is free, and when the paid ones open, the prices and what they carry will be on the page before anybody is asked for a card. If we ever change what a tier carries for somebody already paying for it, they will hear it from us first.

Ending it

You can stop using it whenever you like and take your events with you. We can close an account that is being used to hurt somebody, and an export goes with it.
