How to run it
- The dealer asks the man on their left to guess the top card.
- Wrong, and the dealer says higher or lower. He guesss again.
- Wrong twice and he drinks the difference between his guess and the card.
- Right at either guess and the dealer drinks instead.
- Sips only, and water is a legitimate substitute throughout.
- Two correct guesses against a dealer and the deck passes on.
- Ace is one, pictures are eleven, twelve, thirteen.
