The Character Hat
Everybody draws a character out of the hat and spends the evening doing whatever that character owes the room.

How to run it
The app is the hat: one tap deals the whole room.
Sips or water, never shots, and nobody has to drink at all.
The hat
- Everybody gets one. Nobody picks, and no two people get the same character.
- Read them all out at the start. Nobody can call a slip on a character they have never heard of.
Swapping
- Slip up, take the drink for it, and you become the Quartermaster. Whoever was the Quartermaster takes the character you just lost.
- The groom is the exception. He never takes the Quartermaster — he takes whichever character he fancy instead, and whoever he took it off becomes the Quartermaster.
- The app deals the hat. Every swap after that is between yourselves — nothing to tap.
Worth knowing
- Every character stays in play all evening, so somebody is always narrating and somebody is always fetching drinks.
- Deal it again from the app whenever the room fancies a fresh set.
What you need
Nothing. The people in the room and a phone between you.
Add this to your event
Fayla builds the whole weekend around it — a scoreboard everybody can see, a shopping list that writes itself out of the things you picked, and one link for the group chat.

The Handicap
Everybody writes down the time they think they will take. Closest to their own guess wins, so the slowest man out there can take it.
The Partner Quiz
Questions answered by the groom's partner in advance. The groom guesses what he said.
Grill Master
Cook one thing on the grill for the lads. Scored on taste, timing and presentation.
The groom's Choice
At the end, the groom awards points for the single funniest contribution to the weekend.
