- Go round the table naming every man and one true thing about him that you did not know this morning.
- One miss is a miss. Have another go tomorrow.

- Nobody has to answer anything they would rather not. "Ask me something else" is a complete answer.
What you need
Nothing. The people in the room and a phone between you.
Before the day
Award it at dinner on the first night and make a little ceremony of the asking. It is the cheapest thing on this list and the one that changes the weekend.
