The rule
- Ask. Explain. If the answer is no, that is the end of it and you thank them anyway.
- Photograph the thing where you borrowed it.
- Give it back before you leave the room you got it in. Every one.
Worth knowing
- Nothing valuable, nothing anybody needs, nothing off anybody working.
- A thing you did not give back is a thing you stole, and it scores nothing.
