Fayla builds the whole weekend around it — a scoreboard everybody can see, a shopping list that writes itself out of the things you picked, and one link for the group chat.

The Handicap
Everybody writes down the time they think they will take. Closest to their own guess wins, so the slowest person out there can take it.
Out With Time to Spare
First team out of the room, or first to beat whatever average time the room posts on its own wall. Either way, the clock decides it.
The Partner Quiz
Questions answered by the birthday person's partner in advance. The birthday person guesses what they said.
Grill Master
Cook one thing on the grill for everyone. Scored on taste, timing and presentation.
