The Route Card
Two points a route, tapped the moment your feet are back on the ground. However many walls the session has, the record just grows.

How to run it
A tap for every route, the whole session.
The rule
- Finish a route without falling or resting on the rope and tap it the moment you are back on the ground.
- Anybody can tap for anybody, straight after — no waiting for an instructor to confirm it.
- It runs the whole booking. There is no closing whistle beyond the one the venue blows.
Worth knowing
- A route repeated later in the day taps again. It is a record of routes climbed, not routes existing.
- The easiest route on the wall counts exactly the same as the hardest.
What you need
- A booked climbing session — A wall or a wall centre, with harnesses, ropes and an instructor venue
Nothing here has to be bought.
Before the day
Agree what counts as clean before anybody ties in — the instructor will usually say what counts as a fall on that wall.
If it goes badly
Belays the next man up, no complaining about the rope burn.
Add this to your event
Fayla builds the whole weekend around it — a scoreboard everybody can see, a shopping list that writes itself out of the things you picked, and one link for the group chat.

The Handicap
Everybody writes down the time they think they will take. Closest to their own guess wins, so the slowest man out there can take it.
Out With Time to Spare
First team out of the room, or first to beat whatever average time the room posts on its own wall. Either way, the clock decides it.
The Partner Quiz
Questions answered by the groom's partner in advance. The groom guesses what he said.
Grill Master
Cook one thing on the grill for the lads. Scored on taste, timing and presentation.
