How to run it
The groom calls it. Only the groom. If he forgets it exists, remind him.
The call
- ROVER, GET ME — and he names a thing that is somewhere in the venue.
- Engine noise, loud, and go.
- Horn when you hand it over. First one back takes the points.
Worth knowing
- Most calls won over the weekend takes the rest of them.
- Nothing breakable, nothing near water in the dark, nothing off the property.
- If a real errand comes up, it is somebody sober or it is nobody.
What you need
Nothing. The people in the room and a phone between you.
If it goes badly
Whoever forgets the beep fetches the next round of drinks.
