In Order
Everybody gets a secret number and one thing to say. Put the room in order without saying a number.

How to run it
The app is the hat: one tap gives everybody a secret number from one to a hundred. Nobody shows anybody.
The round
- Somebody names a scale — how frightening, how expensive, how likely to be in your fridge.
- Everybody says one thing on that scale, at the strength of their own number. A ninety-eight says something enormous. A three says something nobody would notice.
- Talk. Compare. Nobody may say a number, or a word that is a number wearing a hat.
- Lay yourselves out in a line, low to high, and turn the numbers over.
Worth knowing
- One out of order and the line is wrong, which is the point and also the fun.
- A vague answer is not a clever answer. The room can ask for a better one.
- Deal it again for a new scale. Three rounds is an evening's worth.
What you need
Nothing. The people in the room and a phone between you.

Fayla builds the whole weekend around it — a scoreboard everybody can see, a shopping list that writes itself out of the things you picked, and one link for the group chat.

The Handicap
Everybody writes down the time they think they will take. Closest to their own guess wins, so the slowest man out there can take it.
Out With Time to Spare
First team out of the room, or first to beat whatever average time the room posts on its own wall. Either way, the clock decides it.
The Partner Quiz
Questions answered by the groom's partner in advance. The groom guesses what he said.
Grill Master
Cook one thing on the grill for the lads. Scored on taste, timing and presentation.
